The short version: this site collects nothing about you, and anything you send us by email is used to answer you and nothing else.
Who this covers
This policy covers https://radivacollective.com, operated by Radiva Collective - F.Z.C., a free zone company registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates under trade licence 57288.
It describes what happens to personal data on this website. Work we carry out for a client is governed by the agreement signed with that client, and where we process data on a client's behalf we act on their instructions rather than our own.
What this site collects
This website has no contact form, no account system, no advertising network and no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. It does not build a profile of you.
It sets one cookie of its own, radiva-locale, and only when you choose a language. It holds the two letters of that choice (en or ar) so the next page opens in the same language, lasts a year, is sent only over a secure connection and is never shared. Clearing it simply returns the site to English.
Typefaces are served from this site rather than fetched from a font service while you read, so viewing a page does not announce your visit to a third party.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is requested: an IP address, the time of the request, the page, and the browser's user agent string. These logs exist to keep the site available and to investigate abuse or faults.
They are retained for a short period and then deleted, and they are not combined with any other information or used to identify individual visitors.
When you contact us
If you email admin@radivacollective.com or call +971 56 862 2079, we hold what you send us so we can answer it and, where it leads to work, deliver that work. That means your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us about your project.
We use it for that purpose only. We do not sell it, rent it, or add it to a marketing list, and we do not send unsolicited messages.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf as part of running the service. We share information with them to that extent and no further.
Beyond that, we disclose personal data only where a law applicable in the United Arab Emirates requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You may also ask us to stop using it.
Write to admin@radivacollective.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than slipped in.
