These terms
This website is operated by Radiva Collective - F.Z.C., registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates under trade licence 57288. By using the site you accept these terms.
They apply to the website itself. Work carried out for a client is governed by the separate agreement signed for that work, and where the two differ, that agreement takes precedence.
What is on the site
The pages describe what the studio does and the products it builds. They are written to be accurate at the time of publication, but nothing here is an offer, a quotation or a commitment to deliver anything on particular terms.
The design sequence on the home page is a demonstration of our own process, built in code for this site. It is not a client project and does not depict one.
Intellectual property
The name Radiva Collective, the wordmark, the design of this site, its text, its code and the products described on it belong to us or to our licensors.
You may read, link to and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it, reuse its code or design system in another product, or present any of it as your own work, without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or anything connected to it, interfere with its operation, or use it to distribute malicious code.
Do not use automated means to place an unreasonable load on the site. Ordinary search engine indexing is welcome.
External links
Some pages link to sites we do not control, including our own products on their own domains. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or that it will be free of errors, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.
To the extent permitted by the law of the United Arab Emirates, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
